Quattrorakennus Ltd. and Senate-properties have signed a contract for an office block extension to be constructed in Hyvinkää. The new premises will be used by the registry office, recovery proceedings office and trusteeship and legal counseling offices. The total volume of the extension part is 2 374 m². The general contractor is Quattrorakennus Ltd.

The new extension part is a 4-story building for registry and recovery proceedings offices. The city court functions will be located in the premises on second and third floor of the old building.

The works will commence in December 2011 and they will be completed in December 2012.
