Our clients often have their process lay-outs and some preliminary or typical designs ready. Based on those, we will prepare our proposal, including full responsibility of design development and preparation of drawings for construction works as well as for mechanical and electrical services (design-build contracts).
Some of the most challenging projects will not find their final form until along the progress of works. In such cases we can fix only the Contractor’s fee in advance, and agree whether there is a bonus for keeping the actual costs below the target price or not. In some cases it is also possible to determine a guaranteed maximum price (project management contracts).
